There's plenty of questions we get asked here at Urban Greenhouse so we have made a list of them here... If you can't find the answer to your question, please reach out to us via our contact us page.

 Can I set up the pole on carpet?

Yes, you can set up the pole on all surfaces including carpet, tiles, polished concrete and floor boards.

Can the pole be set up on a vaulted/raked/slanted ceiling?

Unfortunatley the pole cannot be assembled on a slanted/vaulted/raked ceiling, it requires a 90° angle to hold the tension in position.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We aim to have all orders dispatched from our warehouse in 1-2 business days.

How long will shipping take?

This depends on where you live and which shipping service we use for your location but rest assured you should receive your order within 10 business days within Australia from date of dispatch, for international shipping you should receive your order within 28 days from date of dispatch.

Please note – Once item is shipped from our premises your parcel is out of our control and in the hands of our preferred delivery service. Please refer to your tracking email for delivery updates. We cannot intercept or make your shipment arrive any sooner once it has left us and in the hands of our courier provider. If you do not give permission for your order to be left unattended please state this in the cart notes.

How high do the tension poles extend to?

Our poles extend to 2.79m and are designed to fit up to 2.75m ceilings however, one pole (the adjustable pole) can be used on its own and adjusts from 107.6cm - 165.3cm perfect for bench tops. The adjustable pole can be assembled on the end of a bath with our extension pole added to it.

How long are the hooks that attach to the pole?

The hooks are 29cm from end to end and can hold up to 4kg on each hook.

How many hooks does my pole come with?

Your pole will arrive with 4x hooks.

If you're wanting to purchase more hooks we have them available for purchase separately too plus a tray accessory.

Do I need tools to assemble my plant pole?

No tools required, which also means no holes in ceilings or damage. Easy to assemble, movable and perfect for even the most smallest spaces.

Returns Policy

We strive to provide you with a perfect product each and every time. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can work through any issues you may have.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind orders. Our products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us or if broken in transit. We require as much information from you plus photos of the issue. We will not replace for change of mind or misuse of a product. Item/s must be returned to us, in the exact condition they arrived in, this includes plastic coverings, bubble wrap and any packaging that your order arrived in - including the shipping packaging. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items unless deemed faulty. Shipping is at your expense and once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if deemed the product is faulty.

If products are damaged in transit, photographic evidence of the outside of your package including shipping label plus full photo evidence of your damaged item must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving product. Unfortunately without this information we cannot lodge a claim through our shipping partners which may result in us not being able to replace/refund your item/s.

Terms & Conditions

Ordering- You must pay for products in full. You warrant that you are authorised to use your credit card, Afterpay or PayPal account. Some products may be unavailable from time to time. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue a product without notice.

Products displayed will be purchased using a secure online transaction platform, Afterpay or PayPal.

Urban Greenhouse remain the owner of the products until you have paid in full for all the products ordered. The products are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.

Wholesale

Yes! We offer wholesale to stockists. If you are interested in stocking our Plant Poles in your retail space please reach out to us via email hello@urbangreenhouse.co. Please include as much information about your business including ABN, location, social media handles.
